- Complete Knowledge of LED LIGHTS Assembly (Outdoor Lights)
- Quality And Productivity Monitoring
- Skill Development of Workers at Key Areas in Assembly Line
- Manpower Planning and Material Requisition from Stores
- Corrective and Preventive action against defects generated.
- Line Balancing to Improve Production Per Employee.
