Structural Welder

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick welding) to join and fabricate structural components.
- Ensure the highest quality welds and adherence to project specifications.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address any design or fabrication challenges.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding processes and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of experience as a Structural Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Proven expertise in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong welding skills with proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick).
- Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment, cutting torches, and other tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a welding and fabrication environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and welding methods.
