Responsibilities: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and customer prospecting - Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions - Conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts with potential clients - Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and production, to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge - Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
