**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and project objectives.
- Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, layouts, and artwork.
- Create and execute designs for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, packaging, social media graphics, website layouts, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and effectively communicate their message.
- Utilize graphic design software and tools to create high-quality and engaging designs.
- Work closely with the client or project manager to revise designs based on feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver designs within the specified timeframe.
- Maintained organized files and assets to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and successful project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in print and digital media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate client feedback and revisions.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
