Lab Supervisor

Tata Metaliks Limited is looking for a Lab Supervisor to join their team in Kharagpur.

**Overall target of the position**

To ensure safe working environment in and around working zone. Co-ordinate & supervise all metallurgical lab related activities (e.g. Microstructural analysis, mechanical testing, sample preparation for microstructural & mechanical testing). Co-ordinate with operation for day to day deviation in test results.

**Job Assignments, Measurements & Sphere of Influence**
- Supervision of Chemical, Mechanical and metallurgical testing activities.
- On time reporting to Operations

**Tasks & Responsibilities: (Broad Responsibilities)**
- Microstructure checking
- Documentation of all the records as per NABL
- Supervising all analysis carried out in the lab
- Operational parameter monitoring n conjunction with QA parameters
- FeSi checking as per the standards

**Requirements**:

- Location: Kharagpur
- Ctc 3 - 5 lacs
- 3yrs Relevant experience in similar work areas/ iron foundry
- Diploma in metallurgy or mechanical
- Mandatory (MUST): Diploma
- Mandatory (MUST): 3-4 years of experience
- **Desirable (NICE TO HAVE) : Experience in Laboratory operations**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Exp in Supervision of Chemical, Mechanical (required)
- Exp in metallurgical testing activities (required)
- Comfortable with location Kharagpur (required)
- Comfortable with Ctc 3 - 5 lacs (required)
