**PMO- Planning & Schedule Management**

This involves role responsibilities with key focus on program/schedule
management, cost controls and risk advisory both at bid stage and execution.

Broad
- knowledge base and experience: Define and implement project management
- and planning controls around project initiation, project planning, forecasting,
- milestone structure, dependency management, critical path identification and
- reporting. Ensure accurate, periodic schedule forecast, sound variance
- analysis, active identification of efficiency opportunities. Resource
- allocation and management.Experience
- in P6 latest release either PPM or EPPM or both and able to produce L2 to L4
- details on a schedule independently. Industry background from process, metal
- smelter or similar. 15 years and more work experience.Skills desired:
1.
Baseline schedule preparation,
tracking and mitigation,, baselines scope and strategy, schedule basis writing

2. High
level of ability in Primavera P6,

3.
Hi Level ability in budget
management)

4. Ability to
identity the Project Risk & Opportunities

5. Ability to
analyse earned value and brings out insights like impacts of execution &
delays

6.
Analyse project cost commitments, expenditures, etc.
and bring out insights Forecasting Project Budget & Cash flow and estimates
at completion, Cost reports, Cost reviews etc

7.
Constructability review inputs

8. Contractor
monitoring for performance (commodities and Mhrs) and construction management

9. Resource
requirement, productivity analysis and management

10. Experience
in risk identification, risk modeling on cost and schedule

11.
Establish management reporting
process for business.

12. Provide
advice to executive team and project delivery.

13. Should
be able to delineate procedure and process for schedule management and cost
management

14. Xxxxxxx
industry exposure and experience in implementation, along with process
knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in any engineering with PMP certification will be desirable.
- Minimum 15 years proven experience in similar Engineering Field for
any reputed Consultancy /OEM/EPC/Owner.
- At least completed one multi-disciplinary project from concept to
Commissioning by leading the team
- Strong attention to detail to meet project objectives/commitments
- Experience in handling multiple account-based projects and
facilitate business continuity.
