Job Description: Delivery Boy - Bakery

**Position**: Delivery Boy
**Location**: Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reporting To**: Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Timely Deliveries**: Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of bakery products to customers, retail outlets, or corporate clients.
- **Route Optimization**: Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to save time and fuel.
- **Product Handling**: Ensure bakery items are handled with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transportation.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service, including collecting payments and obtaining delivery confirmations.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in clean and working condition, reporting any issues to the management.
- **Order Coordination**: Collaborate with the bakery staff to confirm and verify orders before leaving for deliveries.
- **Adherence to Safety Standards**: Follow traffic rules and safety regulations to ensure safe transportation.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in delivery services is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry packages without damages.
