**Position**: Hair Transplant Counsellor

**Department**: Patient Services

**Reports to**: Clinic Manager/Director of Operations

**Role Overview**:
The Hair Transplant Counselor at Dr. Haror's Wellness Clinic will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients interested in hair transplant procedures. This role involves educating patients about hair restoration options, guiding them through the consultation process, and providing exceptional support before, during, and after their treatment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Consultation and Education**:

- Conduct initial consultations with prospective patients to assess their needs and eligibility for hair transplant procedures.
- Provide detailed information about the different types of hair transplant procedures offered, including FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation).
- Address patient queries and concerns, providing clear and comprehensive answers.
- **Pre-Procedure Coordination**:

- Assist patients with the scheduling of pre-operative consultations and medical evaluations.
- Ensure patients receive and understand pre-procedure instructions.
- Coordinate with medical staff to prepare patient files and documentation.
- **Patient Support and Follow-up**:

- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients throughout their journey.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to monitor progress and address any post-procedure concerns.
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients to ensure a positive experience.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of informational materials and resources for patients.
- **Sales and Marketing Support**:

- Participate in marketing initiatives, including informational seminars and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute educational content about hair transplant procedures.
- Provide insights and feedback on patient inquiries to help improve marketing strategies.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all patient interactions comply with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare or cosmetic surgery setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach.
- Knowledge of hair transplant procedures and post-operative care.
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and database management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
