**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.
- Foster and maintain a **strong English-speaking environment** throughout the campus.
- Ensure high standards of academic performance in alignment with **CBSE curriculum** and policies.
- Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff to uphold discipline, innovation, and dedication.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including school records, compliance, and communications.
- Oversee and ensure smooth functioning and regular updates on the **OASIS CBSE portal**.
- Build effective relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the wider community.
- Promote co-curricular activities and holistic student development.
- Conduct teacher training and English enrichment programs to improve language proficiency school-wide.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in a CBSE school**, preferably in a leadership position.
- **Fluency in English (spoken and written)** is essential.
- Proven ability to develop an **English-medium culture** within the school.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with **CBSE OASIS portal** and related CBSE documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to digital tools for school administration.
