**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs for various projects, including fashion, commercial, wedding and family event and also product photography.
- Perform colour correction, exposure adjustments, and background cleanup to ensure professional-quality images.
- Collaborate with photographers and creative directors to maintain consistency and brand identity.
- Organize and manage digital assets efficiently.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a **Photo Editor, Retoucher, or similar role** in a studio or agency setting.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One**, and other editing software.
- Strong understanding of **color theory, composition, and lighting**.
- Experience with **high-end retouching, skin smoothing, and background removal and cutouts**.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous photo editing and retouching work.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **fashion ,wedding, commercial, or product photography editing**.
- Knowledge of **video editing** (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Familiarity with **AI-powered editing tools** and automation techniques.
