**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
- Design and update course content, assignments, and projects according to current industry trends.
- Guide students through practical, hands-on sessions and real-world problem-solving.
- Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, web technologies, and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with the curriculum and placement teams to improve learning outcomes.

**Required Skills & Competencies**

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, Responsive Design, and UI best practices
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, version control (Git), and basic scripting (Python/Bash) is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong mentoring and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching technology.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate) preferred.
- Prior teaching/training experience is highly desirable.
