**Job Title**: VTL Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Machine Setup and Operation:

- Set up VTL machines by installing and adjusting various parts and tools.
- Operate the VTL machine to machine metal parts according to specifications.
- Monitor the machine's operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

2. Blueprint Reading and Interpretation:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

3. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and address any defects or deviations from specifications.

4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine maintenance on VTL machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or operational issues that arise during the machining process.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI or certification in machining is preferred.
- Proven experience as a VTL Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of VTL machines and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
