Guest Experience Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Experience Executive in Goa, India. The Guest Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a premium and personalized experience. This includes handling all guest interactions, leading the guest check-in and checkout process, managing guest requests, and resolving issues.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Experience with property management software is desirable
- Certification or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
