- MA/MSc in I/O Psychology (mandatory)

**Experience**:

- Prefer a professional with 2 or more years of client experience or working in a mental health organisation. However, we do give freshers a chance as well.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Designing & conducting Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
- Being the point of contact with collaborating organisations
- Creating proposals for our corporate services & pitching to potential clients
- Curating training modules on LGBTQIA+ at Workplace & related topics
- Constructing & executing training modules for I/O Psychology aspirants
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Writing employee mental health awareness & related content
- Mentoring full-time interns
- Write psychology-related content for social media and blogs

**Skills**:

- MS Office, G suite, Canva, Problem-solving, Negotiation, Presentation, Public Speaking

- Job Category- Psychologist- Pay- ₹25,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Remuneration paid is based on industry standards, previous work experience and years of experience)- Job Type- Full-Time- Timings- 10AM - 7PM, 5.5 days per week- Location- Vasant Vihar, Delhi (we require applicants who can commute to the office)
