**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive (Food Industry - Gulf Region)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, to expand the company’s market reach.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by promoting and selling food products in the Gulf region.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.

**Market Research & Strategy Execution**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on market demand and competition analysis.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer preferences.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Regularly visit customers and markets to monitor product placement and sales trends.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in the food industry within the Gulf region.
- **Age**: Up to 40 years.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food distribution channels in the Gulf market.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- **Language**: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- **Other Requirements**: Valid passport and willingness to travel within the Gulf region.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Incentives based on performance.
- **Additional Perks**: Travel allowance, commission on sales, and other benefits as per company policy.
