Job Description: Junior Architect

1. Design Development & Planning:
Assist in developing architectural plans, drawings, and models for various real estate projects (residential, commercial, etc.).

Create preliminary sketches and conceptual drawings to communicate design ideas effectively

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documents using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and ensure compliance with design specifications.

2. Feasibility Studies & Approvals:
Assist in preparing feasibility reports, considering factors like site conditions, building codes, and zoning regulations.

Prepare concession plans, approved plans, and drawings required for project approvals

Create payment sheets for premiums, TDR (Transferable Development Rights), and plan approvals.

3. Project Management & Coordination:
Support project managers in coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Assist in preparing schedules and budgets for projects.

Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.

4. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure that all designs and plans comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports.

Stay updated on emerging architectural technologies and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
