**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Source Loan Files**: Identify and approach potential clients to source loan files for business loans.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents and information.
- **Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- **Deliver Results**: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the loan sourcing process and closing deals.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide relevant insights and advice to clients.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and loan processing status.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Freshers also Welcome**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
