**Job Description**:
Role and responsibilities:

- Design Levels / Quests
- Documentation
- Data Implementation & Debugging
- Data review
- Designing, building locations, scripting, iterating, and optimizing levels / quests in the open world game,
- Co-creating and then transforming the project vision into a playable environment,
- Close co-operation with a group of specialists from different fields - programming, design, TD, audio, art, animation, etc
- Actively participate in the decision-making process with the management and anticipate any issues.
- Maintain, validate, and update process documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the video game sector and similar tech experience is a must.
- 2 years of experience working as a Level Designer is a plus.
- Experience working on AAA games is considered an advantage.
- Excellent technical knowledge of the editors (Unreal, Unity, Hammer etc.) and good understanding of scripting (visual and/or writing).
- Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling tools (3D’s Max, Blender, Maya etc.)
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the video game development process.
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent ability to organize and prioritize his/her own work.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
- Coaching skills and presentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
