**Key Responsibilities**
- **Access Control**:

- Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain entry logs.
- **Patrols and Inspections**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the manufacturing facility, including production floors, warehouses, and perimeters.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized personnel, or security breaches.
- **Monitoring Systems**:

- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment.
- Ensure all security equipment is functional and promptly report malfunctions.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances promptly.
- Assist in evacuations during fire drills or real emergencies.
- **Asset Protection**:

- Safeguard manufacturing equipment, raw materials, and finished goods from theft, vandalism, or damage.
- Inspect outgoing vehicles to ensure proper documentation and prevent unauthorized removal of company property.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including fire and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident and activity reports to management.
- **Employee and Visitor Safety**:

- Enforce safety policies and provide guidance on security procedures.
- Assist employees and visitors in navigating security protocols.
- **Training and Collaboration**:

- Participate in security-related training and drills.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility safety.

**Qualifications**
- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in security, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
