**Job Description: - Role & responsibilities**

**Primary Skills -**
- Set up & optimize paid campaigns on Social Media Platforms to grow Platform visibility and business. Keep Astrology brand & its USPs on the TOM and lift its reach and competition on Social Media Platforms 1. Timely alignment and approvals of the Social media marketing plan 2. Optimal budgeted execution as per the media plan for CPC and CPM campaigns 3. New formats and initiatives to Improve ACOS/ROI

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for B2B, and B2C mobile apps(Product). In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, tools, and features, with a focus on mobile app advertising. A/B testing expertise with a proven track record of improving campaign performance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools for extracting actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Google Ads certification (Preferable).

**Key Tasks Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for Astropill
- Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads best practices specific to B2C mobile apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with marketing goals.
- Identify expansion and growth opportunities within existing campaigns.
