We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused **Sales Executive** to join our luggage sales team. As a Sales Executive for luggage, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the customer experience by providing expert knowledge on luggage products, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service. You will represent the brand, uphold its standards, and support our customers in finding the best luggage for their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Customer Service**:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and assisting them in selecting luggage products that meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, offering advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products such as travel accessories and packing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the different luggage types, features, materials, and brand offerings.
- Stay updated on market trends, new product arrivals, and competitor activities in the luggage industry.
- Provide expert advice to customers on the best options for their travel needs, whether it be for business, leisure, or specific requirements like durability, style, or security.
- **Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising**:
- Assist in maintaining store displays, ensuring the luggage section is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized.
- Participate in seasonal promotions and sales campaigns by setting up product displays and keeping track of stock levels.
- Ensure that all luggage items are displayed correctly with clear pricing and signage.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and inventory updates.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports for management.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work effectively with the sales team, contributing to a positive and motivating work environment.
- Participate in sales training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues to improve overall team performance.
- **Customer Feedback & Complaint Resolution**:
- Address any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and in line with company policies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market demand, and potential areas of improvement for products and services.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and sales paperwork.
- Support the cashier or checkout process during busy periods if necessary.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luggage, travel accessories, or related industries.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory management tools, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
