**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Onpage SEO Executive** to join our growing team. This role focuses exclusively on **on-page SEO improvements**, and requires a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, website structure, and hands-on WordPress skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand each client’s business model and goals before starting SEO activities.
- Conduct thorough website audits and implement best-practice on-page SEO strategies.
- Make direct amendments on WordPress websites to improve structure, content, and user experience.
- Perform in-depth **keyword research** and ensure correct placement across the site (H1-H6, meta tags, image alt texts, etc.).
- Optimise content structure, headings, internal and external linking, and schema markup.
- Identify and fix **technical SEO errors** proactively.
- Create simple, attractive **infographics using Canva** to support link-building campaigns.
- Use tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, **Yoast**, and other SEO plugins effectively.
- Improve and manage **Google My Business** listings and local SEO elements.
- Analyse competitors’ on-page strategies and implement insights to outperform.
- Be confident in making on-the-go decisions after proper training and guidance.
- Prepare monthly SEO **reports and insights** for internal and client review.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in **on-page SEO**, particularly for WordPress websites.
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO rules, technical SEO fundamentals, and website architecture.
- Proficiency in WordPress page builders (Elementor).
- Strong command over SEO tools and plugins (Yoast, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.).
- Experience with **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, and schema implementation.
- Good eye for content structure and page layout from an SEO perspective.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under supervision.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with multi-language or location-based websites.
