Job Summary
We're seeking a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our healthcare team. As a Clinic Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Check-in: Greet patients, verify insurance information, and complete necessary paperwork.
2. Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient patient flow.
3. Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
4. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
5. Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical administration or reception preferred.
2. Experience: Experience in a medical reception or administrative role.
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. HIPAA Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
Nice to Have
1. Medical Terminology: Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
2. Electronic Medical Records: Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems.
3. Patient-Centered Care: Commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
