**Job Title**: Junior Accounts Executive
**Location**: Shop Barabazar, Shree Shyam Hardware CO.
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and generate **billing invoices** accurately and timely.
- Manage **daily sales and purchase entries** in **Tally**.
- Maintain proper **accounting records** and documentation.
- Handle **GST entries**, including **monthly/quarterly GST return filing**.
- Assist in **bank reconciliation**, **inventory tracking**, and **petty cash management**.
- Coordinate with suppliers/customers for billing and account queries.
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Good understanding of **GST**, including **invoice types, returns, and filing procedures**.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle routine accounting tasks independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- B.Com or relevant degree in commerce/accounting.
- Internship or 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Mon-Sat)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
