**Work Location**:Capco Pune - Hinjewadi - 3 days WFO - Tues, Wed, Thurs - Hybrid

**Work Shift Timings**:12:30pm - 9:30pm

**Required Skills**:Oracle HCM, Data Integration, Architect, Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management, Learning)

**Job Summary**:
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. - Experience: o 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant role. o Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS) is required. - Technical Skills: o Deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management, Learning, etc.). o Strong knowledge of integration techniques and technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas). o Experience with data migration, reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and system configuration. - Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred. - Other Skills: o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. o Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with other HR technology platforms. - Knowledge of HR business processes and practices. - Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
