Greater Noida, India AA LABELS PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including **data entry in Tally ERP**:

- Maintain and reconcile **cash, bank books, sales and purchase registers**:

- Support in **GST returns preparation** and **monthly filing coordination**:

- Help track **vendor payments**, invoices, and **receivables follow-up**:

- Assist in preparing basic **MIS reports, stock summaries**, and ledger statements
- Coordinate with the production and store teams for **inventory and cost data**:

- Organize and maintain digital and physical **accounting records and files**:

- Support senior accountant in **bank reconciliations and petty cash handling**

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of **Tally ERP** and **MS Excel** is mandatory
- Understanding of accounting principles, GST, and basic finance concepts
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Willing to learn and grow in a **fast-paced MSME environment**
