Concrete Estimator

_**Responsibilities**:_

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for slabs, footings, walls, and flatwork using StackCT

Build and maintain cost models and estimate templates in Excel

Review structural and architectural plans and specifications

Develop complete bid proposals, budgets, and value engineering options

Coordinate with vendors and internal team for pricing and clarifications

Track bid deadlines
- **Requirements**:_

Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete estimating (commercial or civil)

Proficiency with StackCT software (required)

Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, formatting, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Self-motivated with strong communication skills for a remote environment
- **Preferred Experience**:_

Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar PDF markup tools

Experience with tilt-wall, foundations, or structural concrete

Background in field operations or project management a plus
- **Compensation & Benefits**:_

Competitive pay based on experience

Bonus potential for successful bid conversions

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
