**Key Responsibilities**:
**Channel Partner Acquisition & Management**:

- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and other channel partners.
- Negotiate agreements and terms of collaboration with channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase channel partner performance and engagement.

**Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Drive sales through channel partners by promoting residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Track sales targets, monitor results, and ensure partners meet assigned goals.
- Provide continuous support to channel partners to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure a steady pipeline of leads and a loyal partner base.
- Organize regular training sessions, project walkthroughs, and product knowledge workshops for partners.
- Maintain regular communication with channel partners to provide updates on project developments, pricing, and market conditions.

**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive products.
- Provide feedback from channel partners on customer needs and competitor offerings to improve product positioning and sales strategies.

**Sales Reporting & MIS**:

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, including performance against targets, revenue generated, and key challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of channel partner performance and ensure timely updates in CRM/MIS systems.

**Promotions & Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns targeted at channel partners to increase sales.
- Support events, site visits, and exhibitions organized for channel partners to promote real estate projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
