**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm, plan, and create compelling video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- **Video Production**: Handle all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, and sound recording, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
- **Video Editing & Post-Production**: Expertly edit and assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive final videos. This includes adding motion graphics, titles, transitions, and music/sound effects.
- **Platform Optimization**: Adapt and optimize video content for different platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and our website, ensuring videos meet specific requirements for length, aspect ratio, and formatting.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up with the latest video and social media trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain a library of video files, raw footage, and other digital assets for easy access and future use.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor** and **Content Creator** with a strong portfolio or demo reel.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software, such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Experience with **Adobe Creative Suite** (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) for motion graphics, visual effects, and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of video production principles, including shooting, lighting, and audio.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a creative eye for detail.
- Knowledge of current social media platforms and their unique video content requirements and best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have
- Experience with color correction and sound design.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
- Experience with live streaming software.
- A bachelor's degree in film, media, communications, or a related field.
