
Business Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Promote sales through customer interaction, presentations, quotations, and sample coordination
- Handle customer inquiries, product requirement analysis, and proposal submissions
- Review contract terms and follow up for orders and payments
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track sales targets, manage customer accounts, and monitor outstanding payments
- Prepare billing, banking transactions, credit/debit notes, and manage MIS reporting
- Oversee inventory tracking, staff tour bills, incentive calculations, and distributor claims
- Manage export documentation, logistics, shipments, and export incentives
- Prospect new customers and vendors through online research and outbound calling
- Conduct tele-calling, customer support, and digital marketing campaigns
- Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and events
- Provide regular reports and insights to management and directors
- Graduate degree or Masters
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or operations
- Extremely fluent in written and spoken English
- Smart and professional personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9
- Confident in tele-calling and customer support activities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,012.57 - ₹30,253.36 per month
