**Job Title: Pedodontist (Fresher) - Kannada & English Speaking**

**Location: Bangalore, Karnataka**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Experience: Fresher (0-1 Year)Language Requirement: Fluency in Kannada and English (mandatory)Reporting To: Senior Pedodontist / Clinic Head**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat **dental issues in infants, children, and adolescents**
- Perform pediatric procedures such as **pulpotomy, pulpectomy, stainless steel crowns, strip crowns**, and **space maintainers**
- Handle **behavior management** techniques to provide a stress-free experience for children
- Clearly communicate treatment plans and aftercare instructions in **Kannada and English**
- Collaborate with parents to educate them on **child oral health and preventive care**
- Maintain high standards of patient documentation and sterilization protocols
- Assist in **habit correction appliances**, **interceptive orthodontics**, and **minor oral surgical procedures** (under supervision)

**Qualifications**:

- **MDS in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry** from a DCI-recognized institution
- Registered with the **Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC)**
- Fluent in **Kannada** and **English** (mandatory)
- Passionate about working with children and delivering gentle dental care
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both kids and parents
- Good theoretical foundation and eagerness to build practical skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **laughing gas sedation** (N2O) and **child-friendly dental techniques**
- Experience in handling **special needs children** (optional but valued)
- Creative thinking in patient engagement (games, storytelling, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of **pediatric dental radiology** and **charting software**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
