Captain

The Palace Jhargram is a heritage hotel with 15 rooms in Jhargram district of West Bengal.

We are looking for a Captain preferably having prior work experience in Hotel and Restaurant Operations.
- Proven experience stock management, purchase of goods
- Proven track record of leading and managing and a team
- Proven experience of managing guests and giving them good service
- Good numerical and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of health & safety and food safety
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
- Must have good leadership skills and command over workers
- Ensure employees work productively and professionally
- Oversee training of local boys and girls
- Ensure staff follows SOPs and all regulations by authorities.
- Ensure proper inventory management
- Verify both the quality and quantity of items being supplied by the vendors and any discrepancy found should be immediately reported to the owners

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
