**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and develop motion graphic content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Design and animate engaging visuals for promotional videos, social media content, website assets, and other marketing materials.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects to create high-quality motion graphics with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in motion design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all motion graphic assets are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field from a reputed design college.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic design work, including animations, visual effects, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to research and write compelling copy independently, ensuring that written content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
- Passion for travel and a creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and feedback from stakeholders while also contributing original ideas and concepts.
- Experience with video editing software and knowledge of sound design principles is a plus.
