Position: CAP Admission

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess academic transcripts, standardized test scores, letters of recommendation, and personal statements.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for the academic program.
- Attend college fairs and information sessions to interact with potential applicants and provide information about the institution.
- Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the admissions process.
- Assist students in understanding program requirements, admission policies, and financial aid options.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of applicant information.
- Generate and analyze admissions reports to track trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with other admissions professionals, faculty, and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of admission policies.
- Plan and execute admissions events, such as campus tours, open houses, and orientation programs.
- Represent the institution at external events to promote admissions and recruit prospective students.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in admission policies, and educational program developments.
- Attend professional development workshops and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
