**1. Required Experience**
- Total experience (Year wise) : 0-3 years
- Experience Work wise in capacity of : Company Law, FEMA, IBC
- Preferred Industry/ Company : any, CS Firm, Law Firm, or Publications Industry

**2. Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in Handling statutory registers and records for companies
- Filing of statutory forms and reporting under various Regulatory authorities
- Preparing Minutes of the Board Meeting and General Meetings
- Drafting Agenda, notice, Board Resolutions, Special Resolution
- Preparing draft memorandum on advisory w.r.t. transactions under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA & IBC
- Development and Maintaining of Compliance tracker mechanism
- Coordinating with accounts and audit department for transactions involving compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereunder
- XBRL filing of Annual Financial statements with RoC
- Analyzing the provisions of Company Law/FEMA/IBC/Competition Law/Banking Laws and its presentation in simplified manner
- Analyzing and preparation of articles/ write up on the recent case laws, circulars and notifications
- Assisting in developing tools/calculators under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA
