Purchase Executive

1. Maintain and update Purchase records, Inward and outward Reports for Purchase function.

2. Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from Authorized Person

3. Authorize and evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence to quality

4. Communicate to store keeper for ensure adequate stock levels for required material

5. Support and coordinate with the various departments particularly with accounts with ease

6. Continuously check the Outstanding purchase order and take follow-up with supplier for timely delivery.

7. Handle purchase process for Required RAW Material and consumable materials for the respective project, as per requirements

8. Continuously research domestic market for new vendor and new development.

9. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing

10. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

11. Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

12. Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.

13. Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.

14. Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.

15. Take Follow-ups with vendors for timely delivery.

16. after Receiving Mill finished Aluminum profile prepare Job Work Out Order for Coating process.

17. Update the Coating planning sheet.

18. Take Follow-up with Coating Supplier for timely delivery.

19. Project Purchase Activity will start as Proper Project Material details given by Estimate Team. Project Material Details is well Defined by Estimate team.

20. Before Purchase Order Raised Item price, and Its Terms conditions approved by top management.

21. Prepare, update planning sheet after receiving the Sales order and project details with lead-time.

22. Prepare Day wise planning and send to Production Engineers (Machining and Assembly)

23. Take Updates from Production Team for Daily production completion work against day wise planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
