We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand. Additionally, as a Graphic Designer, you will create compelling visual assets that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for design enhancement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to ensure innovative and effective designs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and familiarity with prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Strong conceptualization and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with responsive design is a plus for UI/UX Design role.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
