**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Execute trade promotions, in-store branding, and visibility plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence.
- Ensure proper stock levels at retail and distributor points.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales (experience in the same product category is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with local markets and distribution networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
