_**Role & Responsibilities**_**:

- Analyzing gaps in the new portfolio identified during monthly review of sample cases reviewed on pre-defined sampling methodology & understanding key reasons for such process laps
- Audit planning, fieldwork and report writing.
- Sharing findings with Senior Management and providing suggestions for future compliance.
- Monthly productivity management of team members.
- Scrutinize the financial reports and other financial documents.
- Keep track of regulatory changes in Loans process and check if it has been made part of internal policies/processes, otherwise suggest changes
- Ensure quality of audit and make sure to highlight all errors critical non
- critical in loan files under review in respect of prevailing internal policies/processes.
- Ensuring timely initiation & submission of the reports with follow up with different agencies within TAT
- CAM preparation of the cases: SENP, SEP & Salaried profile of customers by checking the authenticity of the customer profile with detailed analysis of the given income documents
- Coordinating between technical, legal & other agencies to ensure smooth process flow
- Deliver the credit assessment targets within the required TAT

- 1. Strong verbal and written communication.
- 2. Excellent knowledge for KYC and internal auditing
- 3. Experience in NBFC industry
- 4. Good knowledge for creating risk policies for NBFC micro finance

Education Required:

- Graduation or Master's in relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
