**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on communicative English, personality development, and other soft skills relevant to career enhancement.
- Conduct workshops and interactive sessions on group discussions, interview skills (including HR rounds), aptitude, reasoning, and numerical ability.
- Design and facilitate exercises and simulations to enhance participants' skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants to improve their soft skills and readiness for professional environments.
- Collaborate with other trainers and educators to ensure alignment and coherence in training approaches.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and career development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or in a similar role, with expertise in delivering training on communicative English, personality development, and career readiness topics.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire learners.
- Ability to assess training needs, customize programs, and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g., Certified Professional Trainer) is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for delivering online training sessions is a plus.
