Ensure all sales related to policies and procedures are maintained

To assist in the organisation of the running of the shop floor with regards to all staff operations breaks, rota’s etc

On the job training and supervising of the daily activities of non-sell and/or stock associate(s), maintain an

Organized stockroom, and oversee replenishment process

Direct the analysis of, and provided assistance in the identification of employees designated as highly compensated and employees eligible to switch to the Deferred Salary Saving Plan (DSSP) from 401k

Direct the administration of the Protiviti Executive Management Saving Plan (EMSP)

Direct/oversee the operation of the Canadian Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP)

Develop and direct the development of plan communications and the project plan for all deferred compensation plans for enrollment, plan changes, Where applicable develop and execute enrollment processes

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
