General Physician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:

- Diagnose and manage a wide variety of medical conditions in adults and children.
- Provide preventive healthcare advice, including vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
- Monitor and follow up on patient progress and treatment plans.
- Handle emergency cases and stabilize patients when necessary.

**Medical Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough medical examinations and document medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, X-rays, and imaging.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with specialists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient management.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to hospital policies on infection control, patient safety, and clinical excellence.

**Training and Education**:

- Mentor and train junior doctors, interns, and medical staff.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in general medicine and participate in continuous medical education programs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: MD in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 of experience as a practicing physician
- **Licensure**: Valid medical license to practice in India

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
