**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Ideate, plan, and produce high-quality content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, infographics, podcasts, and other multimedia formats.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and style.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and post content across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms and audience engagement.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and audience preferences.
- Incorporate trending topics and styles into the content strategy to enhance relevance and engagement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and overall business goals.
- Partner with influencers or third-party collaborators when required.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track content performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- **Brand Growth**:

- Develop innovative strategies to grow the brand’s online presence and community.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions on social media.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in photography, videography, or graphic design is a plus.
