We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance to join our CORPORATE ORGANIZATION team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:

- Client Reporting, Performance - IC4Acts as high level consultant/ advisor to clients regarding portfolio management and inquiries.
- Engages with clients to collect feedback used to improve client experience.
- Reviews reports created on client portfolio performance and provides feedback on online tools and reporting platform.
- Serves as a consultant and advisor in conducting high-level, highly-visible and sensitive reporting on risk management and portfolio performance.
- Fosters and maintains high level relationships with clients in order to provide feedback on portfolio performance and gather commentary on improving systems.
- Owns planning and implementation of improvements to systems used by associates to collect and report on client performance as well as systems utilized by clients.
- Provides guidance to less experienced associates on how to identify and address client needs. Implements improvement processes for all commercial aspects on Client Reporting.
- No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced team members and helps them to develop Client Reporting skills.
- Manages large, complex internal and external projects. Fosters and maintains client relationships. Assigns work to more junior level team members

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:

- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 10-18 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
