**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and manage all liaison and documentation related to installed solar sites.
- Submit required documents to respective offices and follow up with departments for approvals.
- Coordinate with customers for paperwork completion, inspection, and processing.
- Manage, schedule, and assign installation teams across the designated area.
- Supervise field operations, ensuring timely and quality completion of installations.
- Maintain strong communication with banks, electricity departments and clients.
- Monitor team performance and provide on-ground support to resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or management, preferably in the **construction, banking, automobile**, or related industries.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (bike required).
