We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor Fresher to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual content that engages and captivates our audience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for video editing and a strong eye for detail You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in the field of video production.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Editing and Post-Production**: Use video editing software to assemble recorded footage, audio, and graphics into compelling and visually appealing videos.

2. **Cutting and Trimming**: Review raw footage and edit out any unnecessary content, ensuring videos are concise and impactful.

3. **Color Correction and Grading**: Enhance visual quality by adjusting colors, contrast, brightness, and other visual elements.

4. **Audio Enhancement**: Edit audio tracks, add background music, and synchronize sound effects to ensure a seamless and immersive viewing experience.

5. **Graphic Integration**: Incorporate graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance the storytelling and visual appeal of videos.

6. **Storyboard Interpretation**: Follow established storyboards and creative briefs to ensure videos align with the intended message and style.

7. **Collabortion**: Work closely with the creative team, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet or exceed expectations.

8. **Quality Control**: Review and proofread final videos to identify and correct any errors, ensuring high-quality output.

9. **Media Management**: Organize and manage video files, ensuring efficient storage and easy retrieval when needed.

10. **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new editing techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools.

3. A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills and creative projects (internships, personal projects, coursework, etc.).

4. Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and resolutions.

5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and audio quality.

6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.

7. Creativity and a willingness to experiment with different editing techniques to enhance storytelling.

8. Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
