We require full time **Accounts Executive **with Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Domain Finance and Accounting.

**The accounts executive will be responsible for**:
1. Responsible for Day-to-day transactions, accounting, book keeping and payments

2. Maintain Bank account and petty cash

3. File Monthly/ Annual/ Quarterly Returns (TDS Return & GST Returns ) ,

4. Maintain Accounts Payables & Receivables.

5. Processing Payrolls

6. Prepare Purchase orders and Quotations & Sales Invoicing and Contract management

7. Preparing Annual Reports ( Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, Trading A/c), in coordination with Charted Accountants

8. Preparing Taxation (Advance Tax, TDS payment and quarterly Returns & Monthly and Annual GST returns )

9. Budgeting and Cost centre

**Skills Required**:
1. Sound Knowledge of GST and TDS

2. Sound Knowledge of Tally - ERP.9 & Tally Prime

3. MS-Office: Word, Excel and Power Point, Google Drive and Docs

4. Good Understanding of Business Processes

5. Team worker, Hard worker and quick learner.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
