**Job Title: Senior Textile Designer**
**Experience Level**: 4+ Years
**Location**: Sitapura Jaipur
**Salary**:28000- 35000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**: Create innovative and visually appealing têxtile designs, including print, weave, and embroidery, tailored to target market trends and client preferences.
- **Trend Analysis**: Research and analyze market and design trends, forecasting and integrating them into seasonal collections.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, production, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and high-quality final products.
- **Technical Precision**: Develop detailed design specifications, color stories, and repeat patterns, ensuring accuracy in all technical files.
- **Material Selection**: Select appropriate têxtiles and materials for each design, ensuring quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee sample production, making necessary adjustments and ensuring quality standards are met.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4+ years of proven experience in têxtile design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, patterns, and fabric manipulation.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., NedGraphics, Lectra)
- Strong understanding of têxtile manufacturing processes
- **Knowledge Base**: Excellent knowledge of têxtile construction, color theory, and pattern development.
- **Soft Skills**: Creative thinking, attention to detail, strong communication, and team collaboration abilities.
