- Infopark, Kochi, Kerala - 682042**Position Overview**:

- Assigned to the Global Trade Compliance Department and responsible for managing GTS system. The person should work for Long Term Vendor Declarations (LTVDs) in GTS and audit the USMCA/Free Trade Agreement Certificates. The person should work for any additional work related to Global Trade as per the instructions from the Customer. Resource must be capable of a high level of accuracy
- ** **& consistency in performing these activities on a day-to-day basis.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Create Long Term Vendor Declarations in GTS
- Review all campaigns for final approval before they are loaded to GTS - Person needs to be very detail oriented.
- Regular follow up with vendors for ensuring the FTA certificates, Country of Origin are received.
- Audit the certificate and guide vendors for completing the certificate.
- Handling the customer requests on a priority basis.
- Making phone calls to the vendors if there are no response on our follow ups.
- Closely work with the Compliance Specialists in USA.
- Track all necessary information for reporting GTS and SAP.
- Maintain compliance related tracker effectively on a day-to-day basis.
- Build, maintain, and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Mandatory***
- Good Communication skill in English

**Desirable
- Experience in MS office working knowledge. SAP knowledge, knowledge about Free Trade Agreements, Legal aspects and Country of Origin is an added advantage.
- Software Skills:

**Mandatory***

Computer Knowledge is essential (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, E-mail communication etc.).

**Education**:
