**Key Responsibilities:

**Strategic Planning**- Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization-
- Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall corporate goals-
- Should have superior people skills and develop a knack for understanding and communicating product benefits through telephony-based communication**Operational Efficiencies**Achievement of overall sales of the region (Including Travel Agent Partners & Distributors) and monitoring performance (Individual & Overall) daily.-
- Implementation, feedback, and co-ordination on various promotional & Incentive programs launched by the product team-
- Ensure credit control and adherence of KYC norms as per company policy-
- Assist in the implementation of Promotions and below-the-line activities in conjunction with the Business Head for new acquisition of customers across segments.-
- Generate high-potential acquisition leads through systematic calling programs and drive necessary efficiencies.**Educational Qualification**: Any Graduate**Exp Minimum and Maximum**: 1-3 years of experience in Telesales, insurance, Telecom,Banking**Key skills required for the role**:
Fluent in the regional language-
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role-
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection-
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints-
- High school diploma; BSc/BCom will be a plus.
